Pros
You have the ability to put people to work right away and help those who need income immediately. During these difficult times (Covid-19) giving people the ability to pay their bills is something that is important to me. The positions we put people in are great - mostly warehouse. Benefits ranging from giving people valuable equipment operator skills to get them better paying work later on, clients with generous benefits, and positions that are permanent being that attendance and behavior is good. Aside from all that we have coffee and snacks provided by the company at all hours if you work at the olathe office.
Cons
We need to be available to candidates as often as possible which means we are working from home after work. It is definitely not for everyone.
