Pros

Was hired pretty quickly. That is the only good thing.

Cons

The business that they placed me in is "new up and coming." Business was extremely slow, Sovereign guaranteed 40 hours a week and it was really about 25-30, 1st check was short $50, was told several times to "hang in there, we are working on it..." blah, blah, blah. Can't pay bills on empty promises. Awful people that do not have a clue how business works.
