As you know, at Sovos we focus our efforts on a thematic goal every year to improve the business. This year our thematic goal is “Engage Our Audience.” Not only does this mean that we are focused on engaging with our clients, but our employees as well. We have taken steps to increase engagement of employees by creating focus groups, new development programs, certification plans, not to mention our CLOUD Rotation program. If you have questions or want to learn more about how to get more involved, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your manager!
As one of our core values is to “Be Proactive”, we encourage our employees to demonstrate proactivity by assuming personal responsibility, exhibit enthusiasm for achievement and challenge others to do the same. New ideas and thoughts are strongly encouraged and if you have one, raise your hand and voice your opinion.
