The success of any Product Driven company is related to the success and the fulfillment and professional growth of our talented, career minded team, hence we don't take career growth lightly. As an example last year alone 30% of our team experienced career growth on a path that although is linearly defined, it doesn't necessarily needs to be followed by every individual. I would encourage you to talk to your leadership team as there is a very clear strategy from both Technology and Product perspectives. Sometimes due to our fast growth, the communication doesn't reach everyone in the organization but it is very important for you to understand the strategy and the reason behind it. Being Remote and standard benefits

Cons

Sales leadership is horrendous. New people are brought in not trained, aggressive targets (that have never been hit) usually designed to be the escape goats to protect the old guard. Long tenured sales protects the existing power structures. When results slip, they blame newer reps. New hires don’t hit, quotas unrealistic, weak implementation. Nightmare of a company, the worst I have ever worked at.
