I’m sorry to hear you didn’t feel your experience with us was a positive one. While the “Pros” you listed are all great- free parking and beverages/snacks, I consider those to be pretty basic and it saddens me those were the only things you felt positive about while working with us. As leaders, we try our best to make Sovos a great place where people actually want to work. We offer flexible paid time off so employees don’t feel overworked and they can take the time off when it’s needed. We offer opportunities to grow within the organization and career development programs to help employees gain the skills needed to advance in different areas. We love to give recognition to dedicated employees through our high-five program and Work Tango (formally known as Kazoo). We also regularly benchmark our compensation packages to make sure we do stay competitive in the market. It sounds like Sovos wasn’t the right fit for you but I really hope that you have since found what you were looking for.
