Our flexibility and work-life balance is something we take very seriously and want to encourage our team members to take advantage of. Our industry moves at such a fast pace, it is critical our team members take the time off they need.
I also appreciate your thoughts on our focus on our company vision, particular as it has evolved this year in alignment with a moment of transformation in our industry.
