At Sovos, culture is at the heart of everything we do. It’s not just a set of values we talk about—it’s something we actively work to bring to life every day. Building and sustaining a strong culture takes ongoing effort, and we’re committed to making sure that every employee feels the positive impact of it. While there is always work to be done, we’re proud that our most recent engagement survey showed that 84% of our employees feel they can be their authentic selves at work.
I’m also disheartened to hear that you feel we’re unable to attract top talent. Sovos continues to bring on some of the most talented individuals in the industry. Over the past year, we’ve welcomed many incredible professionals who share our vision and values, and they’ve already made a meaningful impact. That said, we know a strong culture is key to retaining and inspiring top talent, and we’re always listening and striving to improve.
I encourage you to get involved. There are so many groups and initiatives at Sovos where employees can make their voices heard and help shape our culture. Whether through our Whole Living Committees or Elevate Employee Engagement groups, there are countless ways to make a meaningful impact.
