Growing company so it is undergoing a lot of changes. This will be for the benefit of the company and you never get bored, but you have to remain flexible.

Small team with kind, intelligent people always willing to help. Interesting work. Never bored as there is always something going on. Team gatherings are a lot of fun. Opportunity for growth

Implementing new systems across task management, ERP, MRP, engineering, etc. Will make workload easier in the future but it's a hurdle right now.
