Pros

* Room for growth * Problem solving * Proof big things have small beginnings * Personal growth in time management * Personal growth in meeting deadlines * You will be heard if you want to be * All complaints will be addressed if you so wish * We are the only ones who do what we do * We do more with less * All in house work * American made * No dependence on foreign nations * Your place in the company is completely up to you

Cons

I don't have Cons with the company but I do have Cons with individuals having poor work ethics when it comes to their responsibilities. These kinds of things are between the individuals and I don't feel i should take such liberty on personal matters. It's called chain of command, if you do not get results, work your way up the ladder until it does get addressed. I had complaints, I worked my chain of command and I see and feel results. If you have cons that bad is on you not the company. Take charge of your life like our CEO/COO did/does. You and only you can steer the perception of your own reality.

Pros

* **Unmatched Mission & Impact:** You are literally working on rockets and spacecraft. The cool factor is 10/10. * **Brilliant Coworkers:** You will be surrounded by some of the smartest, most driven engineers in the world. * **Insane Career Growth:** SpaceX on your resume is a golden ticket. You will learn more here in 3 months than in 3 years at a normal company. * **Hands-on Experience:** They actually trust interns with real, critical hardware. No boring coffee-fetching tasks.

Cons

**Cons:** * **Zero Work-Life Balance:** 70-80 hours a week is the norm, not the exception. Say goodbye to your social life and sleep. * **Extreme Burnout:** The "hustle culture" is toxic. You are expected to treat the company as your entire life. * **Mediocre Pay:** The hourly pay is average, especially when you factor in the insane hours and the high cost of living in LA/Hawthorne. * **Chaotic Management:** Decisions can change overnight based on whatever Elon Musk tweets or feels like doing that morning.
