Many of the most talented engineers in the world are employed here which drives everyone to a high level of output but can be intimidating at times. The level of project ownership is unparalleled, even at the intern level. With the challenge and talent comes a great feeling of fulfillment when your products successfully deliver payloads into space. The public interest in SpaceX's projects is an added bonus.
Cons
The production organization does not clearly see the global objectives of the company and struggles to take ownership of products. This can be frustrating - often times they shift blame rather than taking responsibility.
