Pros
Lot's of food choices, but not enough time to eat nor does their kitchen schedule line up for technicians working time. Free coffee though...
Cons
Bad pay, crappy work hours, obscene amount of downtime and overtime for burning down budget reasons with seemingly nothing to do, no real goals or objectives with clear intentions, business goals are constantly shifting, not enough time for technicians to eat "15 minute timed breaks when the kitchen takes over 10 minutes to prepare food while food largely still being $5" kitchen also opens at odd hours geared toward office workers running 8am to 5pm schedule instead of the 5am to 3:30pm schedules technicians work
