Pros

job security only because of government contracts, work life balance decent

Cons

- low salary, and thus high turnover rate - after covid, company lost some government contracts and they've closed several physical offices - yearly raises vary from 1-3%, and promotions rare - visa/h1b exploitation/abuse (i am a green card holder and i noticed this even) - everybody till C suite all Indian, and all are relatives/family members - management disorganized - always in lawsuits (seriously google their company and lawsuits) - old fashioned company culture push of "family" - also company has started pushing for hybrid only for select employees starting 2024, be careful

Pros

I’ve had a great time at Sparksoft! The managers are supportive and easy to talk to, and they really care about your growth. The projects are interesting and keep me engaged. Best of all, Sparksoft is the most organized government contractor I’ve seen.

Cons

I worked remotely, which was perfect for me, but if you’re not a fan of going into the office, that might be the only downside.

Pros

The office is nice with good amenities. Employee led events (e.g. pot lucks, yoga, Diwali parties) are fun.

Cons

The environment is TOXIC. This company uses you and then rips the carpet out from under you when you are no longer needed. Nobody likes process improvements, nobody plays nice in the sandbox, nobody gives a hoot about you as a human. They do not treat their partners with respect. There is not any trust at any level. ANY.LEVEL.
