Pros

- Opportunity for remote work and ability to maintain a healthy work-life balance, alongside semi-appropriate pay and great benefits. - Performance is recognized by both coworkers and management - People are nice to work with and easy to get along with.

Cons

- Government contractor and all the issues that come with it. Things move slowly and job can be dependent on contracts beyond your control.

Pros

I’ve had a great time at Sparksoft! The managers are supportive and easy to talk to, and they really care about your growth. The projects are interesting and keep me engaged. Best of all, Sparksoft is the most organized government contractor I’ve seen.

Cons

I worked remotely, which was perfect for me, but if you’re not a fan of going into the office, that might be the only downside.

Pros

The office is nice with good amenities. Employee led events (e.g. pot lucks, yoga, Diwali parties) are fun.

Cons

The environment is TOXIC. This company uses you and then rips the carpet out from under you when you are no longer needed. Nobody likes process improvements, nobody plays nice in the sandbox, nobody gives a hoot about you as a human. They do not treat their partners with respect. There is not any trust at any level. ANY.LEVEL.
