Pros
I don't work there anymore!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!
Cons
TOXIC ENVIRONMENT!!!!! EXTREMELY Micromanaged!!!! Leadership shared their login credentials with SUBCONTRACTED REPS to do their job on a GOVERNMENT CONTRACT but because they have "project knowledge" they're still employed. Leaders GOSSIPS which is the reason for the micromanaging. They say it's a "family" environment but leardership is very passive agressive and if you don't fit into their "clicks" you are on your own. The "rules" change everyday and they act like when it changes they told you already!! They have team supervisors as operations leads so directives come from everywhere. The project director goes over their project managers head and gives orders to the supervisors that are also operations leads and doesn't care about the toxic environment they are creating by not following the chain of command. They are the prime contractor on a government contract but the subcontractor dictates how the contract is operated. Management has very obvious favorites and leave newcomers to figure it out unless they demand assistance. When they demand assistance it is questioned why they need assistance. QA picks their favorites to score highly. TRAINING IS HORRIBLE!!!! They overwhelm you with work causing many hours to be spent working off the clock to carry your work load but they will NOT pay you overtime. They hand you assignments with STAKEHOLDERS with no training or information. There is no Workforce Management, Trainers work in QA, its so understaffed and absolute contradition of EVERYTHING they say they stand for!!! It's so much I more but honestly its stressful just remembering!!
