Pros

Sparta Systems makes the dominant Quality Management Software for Pharma and Med Device Companies. You will learn all about those industries, how they manage quality, validation and testing methods, and consulting. If you are a Product Specialist, you will travel frequently, and if you manage your frequent flier miles and hotel points well, can get lots of free vacations as a result! Beautiful offices. Open, engaging, bright. Mostly nice people. You can go out on your own after a year or two and make much better money as a consultant.

Cons

The founder and all but one VP from the "old" days are gone. 10 new execs from CEO on down. Focus is on making money for top dogs. No room for upward movement. Management opportunities nil. Product is not improving at same pace as earlier. Market is fairly saturated now. Pay is lower than average for all but management.

Cons

Culture with no place for humanitarian grounds and HRG too will support the management at any cost. Always stressful pointing in employee for what they could have done better instead of recognizing the hardworking and efforts they put in their work. Even though you have unlimited vacation you will never get time to utilize them. After started working you feel like you are paying very less for the work you deliver.
