The ownership and executive management group prides itself on being accessible to all levels of the team. The growth potential is outstanding if you are willing to do the work. Everyone gets their hands dirty at this job and that is what makes it great!

Laid back chill environment, awesome co workers and nice managers. Employee discount is nice but not great. Job isn’t too laborious and pretty easy if you have good work ethic

Cons

No raises, no proper training, no overtime, only 4 Saturdays a year off, no sitting even if it’s at a computer, flaky co workers who never show up or always call out, high turnover rate
