Locations are making 5-50 million in sales. Labor is .5-1% of the profit. No one except the store managers and assistant managers make a liveable wage

Laid back chill environment, awesome co workers and nice managers. Employee discount is nice but not great. Job isn’t too laborious and pretty easy if you have good work ethic

Cons

No raises, no proper training, no overtime, only 4 Saturdays a year off, no sitting even if it’s at a computer, flaky co workers who never show up or always call out, high turnover rate
