Pros

Slow customer pace (not many customers)

Cons

When you start a job here there is no direction or instruction about how to do your job, what you should/should not do, and no instruction on how to use company resources such as the inventory, shipping, tracking your personal sales, etc. You will have to figure those things out yourself. If there is ever an issue with your performance, they will not tell you until it is too late. They will let things build and build with no action to prevent these things from happening in the first place. Things are simply not run the way they should be. Many things will get sweeped under the rug if corporate does not know about it. You could sell drugs out of the back of the store and get a slap on the wrist. But, if corporate see's that you accidentally not clock out for 5-10 minutes, you'll be gone. I don't think they even read your applications because throughout this entire job, I was refered to as a man by all of my coworkers for a year, even though it is clearly stated that I am a transgender female. Mental wellness benefits basically do not exist. Once I was told that I was lying about not feeling well, went to get checked for covid, and was still not believed even after sending my letter saying I have covid from CVS Health. I would not recommend even giving it a try to work here. With the way people are beginning to consume less and less alcohol these days, I'm not sure how long they have left.

Pros

Laid back chill environment, awesome co workers and nice managers. Employee discount is nice but not great. Job isn’t too laborious and pretty easy if you have good work ethic

Cons

No raises, no proper training, no overtime, only 4 Saturdays a year off, no sitting even if it’s at a computer, flaky co workers who never show up or always call out, high turnover rate
