Lots of potential; very frustrating - Store Manager Specs Employee Review

Terrible communication from upper management. Very inconsistent direction from district management on up. As a store manager, you are given very little information about detailed financials of your own store, let alone the company. This makes it difficult to improve specific areas beyond your best guess. And so whatever owner or manager walks into your store just makes up some opinion based on very little factual information. The company is also very prone to cronyism.
