Cons

Competitive, toxic at times, the people who actually make money are the ones that I have the best route lists and have been there for years. New hires get the worst routes and then are expected to live off commission after the first few months.

Laid back chill environment, awesome co workers and nice managers. Employee discount is nice but not great. Job isn’t too laborious and pretty easy if you have good work ethic

Cons

No raises, no proper training, no overtime, only 4 Saturdays a year off, no sitting even if it’s at a computer, flaky co workers who never show up or always call out, high turnover rate
