Fairly easy work, not a lot of supervision.

Cons

Supervisor doesn't supervise and has a select of 3 to 4 people who have been there for years that get away with doing little to nothing. Putting all the work load on everyone else. Management overlooks and defends this incompetent supervisor.

Pros

Laid back chill environment, awesome co workers and nice managers. Employee discount is nice but not great. Job isn’t too laborious and pretty easy if you have good work ethic

Cons

No raises, no proper training, no overtime, only 4 Saturdays a year off, no sitting even if it’s at a computer, flaky co workers who never show up or always call out, high turnover rate
