Pros
The money is there to be made, and they want you to make it. The benefits are pretty solid, and upward mobility is available if you have the mental capacity for it.
Cons
High stress, even if you are performing well and making good bonuses they will still push you and stress over little things. Sometimes your queue get filtered with disgruntled customers and they still expect you to make sales. Other associates are always making unethical sales so you will constantly be reviewed.
