Pros
Decent pay, but new pay structure makes the stress not as worth it. Average commission check was about 1.5k-2k. You get free food sometimes If you like talking to people, you will see the job as bearable.
Cons
Management is completely clueless and only cares about money and numbers. If you are seen as "not a team player," they will do anything in their power, both ethically and unethically, to bully you till you quit. So many people dont know what they are not doing that you will get used to hearing calls about people who are calling back because a previous employee didnt do their job. Work is stressful enough, but management makes it unbearable. I suggest using this job as a stepping stone. There is no advancement other than supervisors, and supervisors get paid an average of the team, which is not worth more stress.
