Zero stars for Senior Management who have no regard for the humans they employ. Firing a veteran employee over their health is one of the most disgraceful things you can do as a human and as a company. If only you put the same focus and determination into taking care of your customers, fixing your customer service, and improving your connectivity as you did actively trying to harm an employee more than they already are, you might have a slightly successful enterprise.
