      Pros

      Benefits, pay, and provided tools and vehicle.

      Cons

      Long working hours, never knew what time I would get home. Schedule was for 10 hours but consistently work 12 to 17 hours a day with long drives home. At the mercy of your supervisor and often could not get anything done until it was mentioned a minimum of 5+ times. Warehouse never had the things we needed and would get yelled at for not having anything.

      Pros

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Cons

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
