This job is the worst I have ever had. The expectations are ridiculous after ramp up don’t expect to make commission. You don’t get to hire your own people so the turn over rate is ridiculous. Recruiters are hiring people with little to no sales experience and many are struggling with English because it’s not their first language. Upper leadership is only preaching get the people out of your business not how to develop them or how to meet your targets. Company is piling more and more on the supervisors expecting 3 hours in the field DAILY while also handling all other admin work. There is favoritism everywhere on who gets certain “special leads” which are full fiber leads (easier to sell) ALL THE BLAME IS ON YOU understand it doesn’t matter that you didn’t hire these incompetent people it’s still your fault that you didn’t reach your absurd goal every month. They don’t care about your work life balance if you’re on PTO it doesn’t matter you will still be called and text to work on your off days and if you don’t they will retaliate by digging trying to find something to put you on corrective. This is the worst position at spectrum.
