      Commissions, and some co-workers are great people

      Cons

      Too many to list: Micromanagement is rampant and the norm, unrealistic standards, toxic management, at times hostile work environment, yelling at others is accepted, and internal sales hoops slow everything down while you’re held to hit a monthly quota

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Overall they treat everyone with respect and there is a good work/life balance and everyone seems proud to work there. A ton of people have been working there for 20+ years.

      Cons

      None really, we were treated decently.
