Good leadership in my area that actually wants to help and see you succeed. Offers opportunities to truly help customers save a lot of money and the product it's generally solid. Pay and benefits are great and they will work with you to get to your goals.
Cons
Negative feedback from current customers being overcharged. Upper management doesn't do much to help, but thats to be expected in a large company.
