Great Company, Toxic/High School Workplace Culture - Property Staff Support Specialist Spectrum Employee Review

Can’t speak for all Spectrum locations, but the one I experienced was a very toxic place to work. The center lost a lot of good people/talent because of it. Career advancement is not as great as they will promise. Lots of unnecessary corporate politics. Lots of ego-driven leadership. The benefits package is great though, and will probably be the only reason you’d work there.
