      Most management can't do the job they expect you to do. Reviews not based on performance. To grow with the company you have to be joined at the hip to someone that'll pull strings for you.

      Pros

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
