Pros
you will spend most of your time in the field alone so the position is very self-propelled. The promotions are also self-propelled so if you want to further your career it is in your hands.
Cons
promoting is done a home online and takes a lot of time if you have the time to do the online classes than you will promote very quickly but if you are limited on time after work hours it can be very difficult. you will work overtime which can mean 12 hour days especially when you are new so be prepared to be out after dark.
