Company Review - Representative I, Video Repair Spectrum Employee Review

As a rep we need to meet certain scores to as a way to measure how good or bad we are doing, but some of them could directly impact others which makes it kind of difficult to work on them. One example being voc, some customers don't care about responding to a survey call to rate the rep, even when informing them of the survey call and how it could help us out so we get hit by customers who are extremely angry and give you a bad survey, sometimes we can't really help it.
