NetOps EVP has created a truly toxic environment that has filtered down to all levels of leadership. Push to find blame for every issue has resulted in no one taking ownership of issues or projects for fear of being the one the finger is pointed at, this results in often the bare minimum being done to accomplish goals instead of the “correct” thing that may improve the customer experience or clean up tech debt.
Good leaders have been pushed out of the company if they try and protect their employees or try to inform those above of the realities that could contradict their pre-determined conclusions on major projects.

Denver area employees no longer get “free cable” cited as a perk for many reviews. That benefit was removed some time ago and replaced with a severely stripped down streaming option that doesn’t include anything really worth watching.
