Pros

Coworkers keep it tolerable with humor.

Cons

Coronavirus response is no work from home and must use vacation time, even after school districts close with no child care availability. After all PTO used, then can use sick time.

We appreciate your comments as we work together during these unprecedented events. Spectrum is a FEMA Community Lifeline company, providing services essential to hospitals, emergency first responders, government facilities, the news media and our communities, to help them to stay connected, flatten the curve and protect the country. Delivering these vital services while supporting employees is our top priority. That being said, we recently made a number of changes to our operations that will help employees better manage through this challenge, including an additional 15 days of PTO to be used for COVID-19 related needs, increased social distancing plans in our call centers and operations facilities, and a remote option for employees whose jobs allow them to work from home while still providing critical support services. We thank you for continuing to support our customers and communities to ensure they remain connected and safe.
