Pros
The pay was more than fair for the work that was being done. From time to time there were cash and prize incentives.
Cons
Pay was declining at a fast rate and was ever changing. Commission schedules were poor to say the least, having to wait to get paid for something you did for 2-3 months. Poor morale in call center, too many management changes, only promoting select "favored" individuals that most of the time were less than qualified for the job.
