The Management Team Is A Joke - Dsr Spectrum Employee Review

The management team is non existent, but they want to hold you to standards that they themselves will not hep you with. I myself made 93K in 8 months of being with the company as a DSR but because my Area Manager got upset I wanted to leave his department and go to business class that joke released me because of a policy that was not in writing and he wanted to prove the point that I had to come through him. So I say all that to say, watch your own back because the management team doesn't care about you at all.
