      Excellent opportunities for growth, fair compensation, and great leadership who has your best interests in mind.

      As with any 24-hour call center environment - you have to be flexible with night and/or weekend shifts.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Overall they treat everyone with respect and there is a good work/life balance and everyone seems proud to work there. A ton of people have been working there for 20+ years.

      Cons

      None really, we were treated decently.
