Pros
As the primary earner in my household, the company became too unstable for me to continue working there. I learned a lot in my time there and was recognized and acknoweldged for my work, but it was time to move on to a more stable company.
Cons
It seemed there was a short term focus - not making decisions that were strategic - but rather quick band-aids to issues.
