Pros

The job pays, so that's nice.

Cons

Brought everyone back to work in office during Covid Recruiter lied about shift differential A lot of effort put into training, but it's mostly about "ARM statements," instead of teaching you what you actually need to know to do the job. They assume you'll just learn that on the phone while someone is yelling at you. Sales lies to customers, then we had to clean it up even though they don't teach you how. Terrible turnover rate and nobody wants to be there, but they just act like everyone that leaves "wasn't a good fit"
