Pros
This company goes above and beyond to provide everything you could ever want from an employer. Wages, benefits, proper training... you name it, they provide it.
Cons
The leadership could not possibly be more negative. If you work well with people pointing out each and every flaw you have, all day, every day... despite how good you are performing. This is the job for you. If you prefer positivity and being congratulated for good work, good days, or following sales process... this is not the place for you. They need to restructure the entire way they give feedback because it is mentally draining. You will NEVER make them happy. EVER.
