      Pros

      Above average pay. RAP Employer Contribution 3% for retirement. 3 weeks Vacation, 2 weeks Sick, 4 Floating Holidays. Nice offices. Standard education reimbursement.

      Cons

      Constantly reorganizing. Continuous Ambiguity. Outdated view of the workforce including in office policies. No culture unless you consider a culture of vultures and survival of the fittest to be a culture. Definitely an old boys club, if you're in you're in, if you're not it shows.

      Pros

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Cons

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
