How do you go from 3/2 days in office/wfh to 4 day in office, 1 wfh.. Might as well make everyone work in office 5 days a week. They say it's more 'collaborative' but firing people here to hire a bunch of offshore folks seems pretty counterintuitive wouldn't you think. It's not anymore collaborative when all of our meetings are online anyways. Guess what, our teams are all over the country to begin with. Unless you want to fire certain groups and replace them with ones that can be in the same state then whatever these so called 'great changes' are, seem pretty asinine. Charter has lost so many good people and will continue to lose many more coming next year. But hey guess they'll save money if they can move to majority offshore. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT
