Pros
I'd say the pros in working the company is that they are very open when it comes to listening to what their employees suggest. They always acknowledge our concerns and gives us real-time advice. It is also very stress free if compared to my previous job.
Cons
So far I don't see any downside of our job. I am satisfied with how they handle and manage each employees.
