Horrible place to work - Retail Sales Representative Spectrum Employee Review

Low hourly, The good commission months are few and far between, they change the structure very often to fit the company advantage. They want to over work you and I was at a store that was understaffed and at one point there was only 2 reps in the store with no manager for about 8 months , They want you to open earlier and work longer and harder on holidays when the holiday pay is awful. They always looking for a scapegoat when managers would promote ways to seal sales whether you are cheating the system or not.
