Pros

1)The state director and our supervisor gave us freedom to teach our classes utilizing our own styles. 2) working on behalf of the clients was very rewarding. 3) TDOC staff was amazing to work with 4) Spectrum really encouraged work/life balance 5) staff felt appreciated

Cons

1) Salaries on low side considering number of hours necessary to complete tasks 2) would've loved to continue working there
