PTO appears generous, however, you will use your PTO for holidays etc. So your paid holidays are what you earned as PTO. If your branch is closed you do not have an option to opt out of using your PTO. It will be used to cover the "paid" holiday. There is a clause for tuition reimbursement or a commitment to work for Spectrum 2 years post graduation. If you are looking to utilize this opportunity, you much continue your education in an approved field. Ex: a case manager cannot go to nursing school even if they're willing to commit to moving and relocating to stay with the company Low pay; high benefits Management cannot meet the standards they expect and set for their staff
