Terrible management - Care Manager Spectrum Healthcare(AZ) Employee Review

Transparency is a big part of spectrum's culture. We understand that the system and processes we work within are not perfect. But the company does a good job of acknowledging the challenges and keeping employees informed about them being aware of the issues and understanding the steps the company is taking to address them helps build trust and confidence. I appreciate the openness and communication around both success and areas. I need improvement.

Turnover can be higher than usual at times but this is a common challenge throughout the mental healthvindustry spectrum is transparent about these realities and actively works on improving employee experience and retention

Working with clients and flexibility.

No pay increase, high turnover, no warning when they let people go. Will let people go without cause. Management is therapist that have no experience with care management. Executive do not value staff that are in the field. They reward bad staff that do not do their jobs. QM seems like they do not know what they are doing and often inaccurate with payer requirements.
