Pros
I was fired after I disclosed that I had a disability and wanted to start the reasonable accommodation process. The HR department is run by old folks who have no work ethic and do not understand mental health or family issues. Boasted about their "EAP" program, but did not provide it as a resource until the very last minute. I had disclosed that I had a disability and were in talks of the reasonable accommodation process, then the next day I went to receive treatment and later that evening they said they wanted to "meet" with me after I provided a doctor's note saying I was able to work and fired me the next day because I was demanding to start at 8 am since I was able to return to work per the doctor. Behind all this is discrimination due to having a disability, they definitely did not want my kind there.
Cons
Poor management, below average pay, high workload
