      - Fast growing environment - Opportunity to leverage on the project: If you have great idea - it will be heard

      Cons

      Paid vacation cannot be taken for the first 3 months. This is not good when you got plans before you planned to join the company

      -Cool company -Good experience -Good pay

      -Very difficult interview. -Don't actually see any reqruiters until after the first round or two. -Unfair constraints on test.
