      People are genuinely nice, super smart, and with strong drive to get things done. If you like taking ownership and putting a personal stake into things then there is plenty for the taking. Opportunity to stretch others and to be stretched, yourself.

      -Very difficult interview. -Don't actually see any reqruiters until after the first round or two. -Unfair constraints on test.
